Classic IPG

Responding to marketplace speculation circulating since late last week of a possible “InterPublicis” (rumored takeover attempt of IPG by Publicis) IPG Chairman-CEO Michael Roth speaking to an audience of journalists and Wall Street analysts said today:

“We’re turning Interpublic into a real company…We’re no longer on our back foot. We’re being aggressive in the marketplace.”

Real company? So that explains it. It’s been fake all this time.

But back foot? Hey Michael it’s IPG not PIG.

That’s just so classic PIG (I mean IPG) isn’t it. Leadership that can’t get their head out of their ass or hands out of their pants. Thank God we got out when we did. Can you say cluster!!!!
